3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

1. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Orders and Payments

1. Order Acceptance: By placing an order through the Service, you agree to pay the price indicated for the product, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Vendor.
2. Payment Methods: We currently accept the following payment methods:
   • Bank Transfer: You can transfer the payment directly to our bank account. Instructions for bank transfers will be provided during checkout.
   • Cash on Delivery (COD): You can choose to pay for your order in cash upon delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as the delivery personnel may not have change.
3. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the Vendor and the shipping method chosen. The Vendor is responsible for shipping and delivering the products in a timely manner.

Returns and Refunds

1. Return Policy: Please review our Order and Return Policy for information on the conditions under which you may return products and receive refunds.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for assistance. Vendors who send incorrect or different products from the specified listing will not be able to withdraw money for that transaction. The money will be returned to the customer, and the product sent to the customer may or may not be returned to the vendor, depending on the circumstances.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Prek Market or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2. License to Use: You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or materials on the Service without our prior written consent.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
